Farmers Mutual Hail·May 2025 – Present

  • Lead developer on an enterprise agentic AI platform supporting 300+ underwriters, directing development of supervisor and sub-agent systems for crop insurance and internal knowledge retrieval.
  • Co-built an HR sub-agent end-to-end — designed the RAG pipeline, configured an S3 data ingestion pipeline, and integrated it into the multi-agent supervisor framework using LangGraph and LangChain.
  • Led migration of 25+ legacy SAS programs to Python, modernizing core analytics and improving long-term scalability.
  • Evaluate and benchmark third-party AI vendors, producing technical assessments that directly inform strategic technology adoption decisions.
